Since I'm off the shopping, it only seems appropriate to get on the workout wagon. Trading one mild obsession for another is after all the "American" way, right? Just kidding..everyone knows we don't do anything mild.
As a result of this trade-off I'm feeling less euphoric and more like a penguin on breaking ice; wobble wobble.
